Privacy Policy
Summary

We do not run our own backend for your data.

Your entries and settings are stored locally on your device.

We use Firebase Analytics (usage stats) and Firebase Crashlytics (crash reports) to improve the app.
Information We Collect
1) Data you enter (local only)

Examples: saved amounts, wishlist/freezer items, streaks, badges, preferences.

Storage: on your device only. We do not receive or host this data.
2) Analytics & crash data (third-party)
We use Google Firebase services:

Firebase Analytics: aggregated, event-level usage (e.g., feature usage, device/OS info).

Firebase Crashlytics: crash logs and diagnostics (stack traces, device/OS info at crash time).
Firebase may receive device identifiers (e.g., Instance ID/Advertising ID depending on your settings), coarse location inferred from IP, and app events—used to diagnose issues and improve stability. No third-party ads SDKs.

What We Don’t Do

No personal accounts or profiles.

No custom servers/cloud databases.

Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for analytics/crash reporting to keep the app reliable.

Consent where required by your region; you may withdraw it in device/app settings.
Your Choices

Analytics opt-out: use your device’s analytics/ad settings or the in-app toggle (if provided).

Notifications: enable/disable in system settings.

Delete local data: uninstall the app or use in-app “Reset data” (if provided).
Data Retention

Local data: remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall.

Analytics/Crash data: retained per Firebase/Google defaults, then deleted/aggregated.
Children’s Privacy
Not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International Transfers
Firebase/Google may process data on servers outside your country using appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
Security
We rely on device-local storage and Firebase’s security practices. While no method is 100% secure, we aim for reasonable protection with a minimal-data approach.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as features or laws change. We’ll post updates here and revise the Effective date.
